Winner’s Circle Drawing Rules & Regulations (click here for details) [+/-]
1. No Purchase Necessary. Void outside the continental U.S. or where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
2. One entry per registered VIP Membership Card on MarinSavings.com or SonomaSavings.com. Must be at least 18 years or older to enter, or at least 21 where restricted by law. Must be a resident of one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia to enter or win.
3. AdsNational, LLC, via MarinSavings.com and SonomaSavings.com, will be conducting drawings for multiple participating merchants for each week and issuing one Gift Certificate, or comparable prize offer, per week, per merchant (based on level of participation), valid with redemption at specific Merchant bound to specific drawing prize. Prize offer redemption must take place within time limit imposed by specific merchant, or within 6 months, whichever occurs soonest.
4. Winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received via VIP Membership Card registrations through December 31, 2009. All winners will be notified by email, phone or certified mail within 7 days of selection for each eligible drawing prize. Members are not eligible to win more than one prize per week.
5. AdsNational, LLC and affiliated divisions/companies are not responsible for any damages or injury, monetarily or otherwise, incurred by contestant as a result of winning.
6. Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, must be redeemed within time limit imposed by individual merchant and not redeemable for cash.
7. By entering this contest, all entrants agree that AdsNational, affiliated divisions, and participating merchant(s) have the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the contest and their determination of the winner is final and binding.
8. The retail value of weekly prize is not to exceed $60 in value, for redemption only at specified merchant.
9. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Additional restrictions may be imposed by individual merchants. Winner’s Circle participating merchants are ultimately responsible for redemption of prize and interaction with claiming prizewinner.
10. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible registration entries received. Employees of AdsNational, MarinSavings, SonomaSavings and other affiliated divisions and/or companies are not eligible to win.
